  Cannot recommend Dynamic Core Studios (DCS) highly enough, plenty of space to workout, loads of advice and support from Mark and Scott as well as great classes providing challenging workouts and lots of fun. In the past I would avoid the free weights areas in previous gyms as I always felt intimated so would stick to classes, however, not at DCS this is a gym for everyone.
