  I normally do not write reviews but I am compelled to write this one.
  
  On behalf of my brothers and I, and extended family and friends, I would like to thank everyone for looking after and caring for our mother, Annette Thomson, over the past two years. The kindness and understanding and the way in which the staff tended to our mother meant so very much to us all. Due to their efforts, mum was able to live her remaining years in comfort and in safety, professionally and competently cared for on a 24-hour basis.
  
  The devotion and dedication of every member of staff involved in our mother’s care at Hill View Care Home, and to all the other residents, will never be forgotten – she was treated with dignity and respect all times, in life, and in death.
  
  No words can express our thanks for your kindness and overwhelming compassion, even when faced with these difficult and upsetting circumstances.
  
  In our eyes, the Hill View staff are all angels.
